		<description><![CDATA[Galloway has done a rewrite of this bill, which will be released soon. This bill has the approval of many Pit Bull and animal friendly organizations. It has closed the loopholes that were in the original version of the bill. Since the original 671 has been pulled, please do not email him to protest it. 

I hope that people will take initiative to thank Galloway for working to be sure that PA stays BSL free once the new bill is introduced.

Dangerous dog laws are needed to keep us safe from BSL. Often, areas that have insufficient laws to protect communities from dogs who are unsafe have knee jerk reactions to news stories, or turn to BSL out of frustration.]]></description>
