Putnam County, WV: BSL opponents ask commissioners to remove breed-specific language

Following Commissioner Haynes’s advice, opponents of Putnam County’s BSL should continue to petition Commissioners Andes and Tillis to remove the breed-specific language.

Considering the other content in this news article, perhaps those commissioners would be more receptive to any suggestions that would help with their budget problems.

Putnam agencies tighten budget belts
