Pit Bull Ban Falls Flat in Point Pleasant

POINT PLEASANT, W.Va. (WSAZ) — Council ultimately voted to defeat the ordinance to ban pit bull breeds, while also amending a proposal to grandfather in all existing pit bulls in town.

    I don’t understand….. if the media would report ALL dog attacks instead of pit bull attacks, they would see that pits are not the only dog that bites! ALL dogs bite! That is a dogs only defense! Let me ask you this, If someone were harrassing you or hitting you, would you not fight back? That is the problem we are facing! Most pit bulls are raised by the wrong people! They are not the problem! The people who own them are!!! Why do people blame the dogs for the stupidity of people!! Its not fair! Its like saying that you blame your pencil for spelling a word wrong! Sounds stupid huh?
